How long will it take for me to receive the item?
Orders are typically shipped from our local warehouse in PH within 24 hours of purchase, with estimated delivery within 1-3 days.
Can I return this?
All products in our store are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days, provided they remain in resalable condition.
How to install dashcamera?
DDPAI manuals and videos provide detailed usage and installation details, if you have any more questions,please contact us directly.
Do I have to install the rear camera in the specified direction?
It is recommended to follow the instructions in the manual and install it in the designated location to ensure the best image effect. Otherwise, it is expected to appear black or red
Feature Guide
Is the standard rear camera waterproof and compatible with other models of rear cameras?
Not waterproof, needs to be installed in the car, the machine does not support other models to pull back, there will be adaptation issues
Which products support the 4G box kit?
Currently, only the N5 Dual 2026, Z50 Pro, Z60, Z60 Pro, Z60 Pro Gold, and Z90 Series support the 4G box kit.
What is Night Vision?
As long as AI ISP is turned on under parking monitoring time-lapse photography conditions, the darker the ambient light, the more obvious the perception.

How does built-in wifi work? How do I connect dash cam to my phone?
Download the exclusive app DDPAl, turn on dash cam wifi.then connect it.You can refer to the instruction manalwhere detalled operating steos are descrbed, if you stillhave questions, please just contact our DDPAl supoort-team.
I want to use the parking mon -itoring function, do I have to buy a separate hardwire kit?
Yes the hardwire kit enables dashcams parking monitoring mode and protects the Car battery from being depleted. The hardwire kit is not included, you need to purchase it separately.
Can it send videos to my phone in case if someone hits my carwhile it parked?
If you have the dash cam hardwired it will save the video after you parked car is hit. You will then get the video off. The camera using your phones wifi connection the next time you are in the car.
Abnormal rear cam video file? dropped frames, skipped seconds, no backend video?
Please confirm whether the rear plug is tightly inserted. If it is loose, please fully insert it manually.
